We manufacture our Stables from 50mm x 75mm Tanalised timber for the framework, then clad with quality 19mm x 125mm Redwood Shiplap weatherboard. The roof trusses are made from 50mm x 100mm Tanalised timber and are spaced every 1200mm to give the Black Onduline roofing sheets we use as standard maximum support. Guttering and downpipes front and rear are included in our prices.
On the inside we use 18mm OSB (Sterling board) to a height of 1220mm as standard for the kick-boards, alternativley plywood can be used at additional cost. The dividers can either be full height to the roof clad each side with 18mm OSB or 1220mm high with a 700mm high galvanised steel grill on top. Stable doors complete with galvanised door furniture fitted as standard.
Our standard box sizes are 3.6m x 3.6m x 2.2m to the eaves and 2.9m to the apex with a 900mm overhang on the front, however we are happy to quote on a customers indivdual requirements.
